About Me
My name is Mya, and I’m passionate about helping people embrace healthier lifestyles through nutritious, delicious meals. As the founder of Good Eats Nutrition, I specialize in creating personalized meal plans, recipes, and resources to make healthy eating accessible and enjoyable. Inspired by my journey with health and wellness, I started this business to empower others to feel confident in their food choices and reach their wellness goals. When I’m not working, you can find me experimenting with recipes, enjoying time outdoors, or walking dogs in my community.

Why I Started Good Eats Nutrition?
Good Eats Nutrition was founded to make healthy eating approachable and realistic for every lifestyle.
Right now, my focus is on teaching cooking classes for kids and teens. These hands-on lessons help children expand their palates, try new foods, and build confidence in the kitchen while developing skills that support lifelong healthy habits.
I know many parents want their children to eat better, but between busy schedules and limited options, it can be hard to make that happen. My goal is to make cooking fun and accessible so kids learn to enjoy balanced meals at home, while parents feel more at ease knowing their child is building healthy skills. I believe in balance, which means there is room for eating out and enjoying favorite foods, while also learning how to create nourishing meals at home.
As Good Eats Nutrition grows, I will also be offering services for parents such as grocery guidance, meal prep support, and personalized nutrition coaching with the same mission of helping families feel confident about food choices while saving time, money, and stress.
